Questions

What if my part isn’t a catalog part?: Turning, 5-axis, assemblies and other work outside the catalog spec get a custom quote within two business days, with a committed ship date.
How is the ship date guaranteed?: On catalog orders the date is written into the order. If we miss it, you’re credited on the invoice. Read the guarantee.
What about larger quantities?: Runs of 501 to 5,000 pieces are quoted by an engineer within two business days. Above 5,000, we contact you to plan the program.
