The first question every shop owner asks. Four answers.
What the rate pays for
Spindle time, setup and metrology — the work you do. Our margin comes from engineering, routing and batching, not from your number.
You see it before you accept
Rate, date, material and tool list are on the packet before you tap accept. You never find out afterward what a job pays.
Declining is free
One tap, no penalty. Just keep your calendar current — if it says open and you keep saying no, the router trusts it less.
Your data never lowers your rate
Your record wins you routing priority and financing. It is never used to negotiate your rate down. That’s written into every shop agreement.

We set up your machine profiles and post. A validation program air-cuts on each machine class; you send back the probe log.
Qualification job
Day 7–12
One real packet: cut the soft jaws and a test coupon, then probe and inspect. You’re paid a flat fee for it.
Calibration jobs
Day 12–21
Two or three paid production jobs, watched closely. Everything is recorded, and all of it is visible to you.
