Capabilities
Guaranteed speed requires honesty about scope. This page is our envelope: the processes, materials, tolerances, and sizes our network runs every single day. Inside it, your quote is instant and your ship date is firm. Outside it, our sourcing team takes over — and tells you the real timeline up front.
3- and 4-axis · 5-axis for complex geometry
Housings, brackets, manifolds, plates, heat sinks. Envelope up to 20" × 12" × 8"; larger parts route through sourcing.
2-axis and live tooling · up to 10" diameter
Shafts, pins, bushings, fittings, threaded parts. Milled features on turned parts handled in one operation with live tooling.
Coordinated in-network
Anodize (Type II and III), bead blast, powder coat, passivation, zinc and nickel plating — scheduled as part of your order, not a second project you manage.
On every order
Dimensional inspection against your drawing is standard. FAI (AS9102), full dimensional reports, and material certs available at checkout.
Tolerances
Tolerances drive cost more than any other single factor. Our quoting engine prices exactly the callouts on your drawing — so a ±0.005" bracket isn't priced like a ±0.0005" bearing bore.
Materials
Aluminum 6061-T6
The workhorse. Strong, light, machines beautifully, anodizes well.
Aluminum 7075-T6
Aerospace strength — near steel, at a third the weight.
Stainless 303 / 304
Corrosion resistance for food, marine, and medical-adjacent work.
Stainless 17-4 PH
Hardened, high-strength stainless for demanding mechanical parts.
Steel 1018 / 4140
Tough, weldable, economical for fixtures, shafts, and tooling.
Brass 360
Free-machining for fittings, valves, and electrical hardware.
Titanium 6Al-4V
Strength-to-weight king for aerospace and medical applications.
Delrin / UHMW / PEEK
Engineering plastics for wear parts, insulators, and seals.
Need something else — Inconel, copper, magnesium, a specific temper? Quote it anyway. Out-of-envelope materials route to our sourcing team with a real answer, not a rejection. Read the full materials guide →
